Arizona Vintage Homes LLC is a boutique brokerage specializing in historic properties in the State of Arizona.

Tera is a second-generation Arizona native, her paternal grandparents left Kentucky in 1916 and moved to the young state of Arizona where they engaged in one of the 5 C’s of Arizona by growing cotton on several farms in Phoenix and Glendale. Tera grew up in central Phoenix where she attended Camelback High and Arizona State University.

Because she loves older houses,

Tera named the brokerage Arizona Vintage Homes, it really defines her mission. She loves all houses but goes totally insane for vintage homes.  Tera is passionate about architecture and historic preservation.  She is a certified Historic Property Specialist in California  Her love of historic homes is expansive, Tera is also a licensed California agent, DRE:01818452 at San Diego Vintage Homes a DBA of TXR Homes DRE: 01265262

Tera owns a 1920 craftsman in North Park, San Diego, the Vida Rhodes/Alexander Schreiber house, San Diego historic resource #1497. She researched and wrote the Mills Act historic report.

While residing in Arizona she owned 2 houses on the national register; The William Edward Caveness House (she wrote the nomination) and the Stewart/Diamond House in the Roosevelt historic district.

Tera’s BFA in Fine Arts made her great at visualizing. Over the years she added horticulture and home rehab to her toolbox.  Following the adage one man’s trash is another man’s treasure , the world sees a dilapidated dump, Tera see possibilities. Looking outside the box she is great at staging and helping clients fix their homes for resale.

 Add in some good business sense, she owned an award-winning small business Tera’s Garden in downtown Phoenix. Sprinkle in some great people skills and the ability to negotiate and you get an amazing agent/broker. 

Approaching 20 years in the business, and almost 8 years as a broker, Tera finds it keeps getting better all the time. She loves what she does and looks forward to helping you
